Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various aspects of construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including construction schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
- Coordinate site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address inquiries or concerns related to construction activities.
- Support in resource allocation, subcontractor management, and tracking project deliverables such as materials and equipment.
- Assist in evaluating construction performance and identifying areas for improvement in processes or workflows.
- Stay updated on construction industry regulations, building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to fostering a safe work environment and promoting adherence to health and safety protocols on construction sites.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven at least 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or related roles, with knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Procore, or similar tools used in the construction industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving construction-related issues.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on construction sites.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information related to construction projects with discretion and professionalism.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
