Clerk of Works - PND Qualification and Experience: 1. Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architectural or equivalent 2. Minimum 2 - 5 years relevant experiences in building works supervision Must have knowledge/ abilities 1. Knowledge in building & infra works supervision on C&S, M&E and Architectural trades 2. Exposure in CONQUAS/ QLASSIC building quality assessment system 3. Ability to identify discrepancies in construction drawings 4. Ability to coordinate with multiple parties to complete projects in timely manner Job Description 1. Daily site supervision on building/ infra works to ensure compliance to contract specifications, meeting quality expectations & safety and health requirements 2. Monitor and ensure timely completion of project 3. Site coordination between building, infra & landscape contractors 4. Witnessing and verification of construction materials testing 5. Verification of site progress report and claims 6. Liaison & coordination with local authority, i.e., TNB, Telekom, IWK, JKR, JPS & SYABAS for site works Salary RM1,800 - RM2,500
