Marketing and Sales Executive

- 向潛在買家推廣和專業銷售各種房產。
- 參與銷售活動、促銷和專案啟動。
- 提供卓越的客戶服務並與客戶建立牢固的關係。
- 能夠處理行政工作並及時向管理層提供報告和回饋。
- 主要任務是承接住宅和商業物業的銷售計劃。
- 準備銷售發布會、行銷活動和路演。
- 提高大眾對專案的認識並招待客戶（上門客戶、電話諮詢、路演等）
- 更新和維護客戶資料庫。
- 發展與現有客戶的關係，並在公眾和大公司中尋找其他客戶。
- 產生每週、每月銷售報告並更新銷售主控以進行銷售業績審查。
- 制定產品概念、產品定位、定價及獨特賣點的開發。
- 編制以住宅為重點的房地產開發剪報/廣告，並監控競爭對手的活動。
- 協助/建議客戶處理與購買房產相關的事宜，例如。買賣協議、貸款手續等
- 與公司指定的銀行家和律師小組聯絡。
- 承擔管理層指示的任何其他任務和指派。
- 有房產/房地產經驗者優先。熟悉房地產市場環境。

**要求**
- 行銷/商業研究或任何同等學科證書。
- 個性開朗，能夠與各個層次的人交往。
- 至少三 (3) 年房地產行業經驗。
- 願意輪班、週末和公共假期工作。
- 最好是專門從事商業房地產或住宅行銷和銷售的高階主管。
