Salary Range: RM9,000 - RM14,000

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Date of Joining (DOJ): March 2024

Native (Japanese)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance activities according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Document and report defects, errors, and issues encountered during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent/native proficiency in Japanese.
- Preferred experience in quality assurance and travel-related industries.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with at least a Diploma level of education. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English, with a B2 level or above.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
