Segambut, Malaysia TROPICAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT Full time

1. Handle full set of accounts, including timely closing of monthly accounts.

2. Responsible to ensure the General Ledger and journal entries are execute properly

3. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports/schedule and analysis.

4. Prepare payment and updating cash flow.

5. Liaise with auditor, tax consultants and company secretary.

6. Liaise with suppliers and customers.

7. Any other accounting functions assigned by the management.

8. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.

**Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor/Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent job

experience.

2. At least 1 year experience in related field is required for this position.

3. Well-verses in MS Office (Words, Excel, V-Lookup, Pivot) and relevant accounting software

(SQL, UBS, ACCPAC, MYOB etc.).

4. Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Independent, adaptable, team player and multi-task to meet deadline.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skill.

7. Able to start work immediately is an advantage.**Job descriptions**
- Handle accounts transaction in either bookkeeping, partial or full set of account preparation.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
- Manage sales and cash/bank reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-data.
- Arrange and manage payments in a timely manner by utilizing the payment terms.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration
- Computer literate
- Experience using accounting systems such as UBS/SQL/ACCPAC/MYOB will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
