**Customer Service Intern**:
The intern will be based in Malaysia, reporting to Customer Service & Design Manager. You will have the opportunity to work across the different departments and explore the areas in Supply Chain Operations.

**What you will do**:
As a Intern Customer Service, you will:

- The intern will support Customer Service team in Secure Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) execution - ensuring all customers order are fulfilled with overall highly positive customer experience.
- You will be involved in the order fulfilment process which includes Order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration and logistics.
- You will work with Key Account team in delivering highly positive customer experience.

**We believe you have**:

- Completing or completed degree in Logistics Supply Chain or Business Administration. Master’s students are welcome to apply.
- A people person with the ability to build good rapport with customers.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to influence stake holders internally and externally.
- Humble and fun loving
- Resourceful and agile thinking
