WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
1. To collate and analyze business data with meaningful insights for business strategies formation to drive business objectives.
2. To collaborate with various stakeholders and teams across the functions and organization to achieve the business objectives.
3. To implement and execute the sales strategies through effective execution and continuous monitoring to achieve business objectives.
4. To provide support for the sales team to achieve the sales goals and targets.
Responsibility
OVERALL BUSINESS
- Collate and analyze the business data and co-create business strategies to align with the overall company and team’s direction by incorporating implementation steps and key milestones to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Provides team with relevant tracker, updates and conveying relevant metrics/ key indicators to ensures the team is continually informed of the progress.
- Responsible to collate, track and monitor the business numbers, support the team to stay focused on the key business goals.
- Collate and compile sales numbers and provide insights and commentary for Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) with Chief CS Officer.
- Maintaining documentations and compliance with company risk and governance.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
- Support the team in documentation for tender submissions and/or RFPs for new prospects, collaborating with various internal stakeholders (APTB, Risk, Compliance, etc.).
- Maintaining department shared folders and updating documentations such as company registration documents, financial reports, NDAs, SLAs, legal agreements etc. as part of the tender / RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with CS Segment Management and Marketing on sales campaign/ event management and execution for the right impacts.
- Ensure expenses is reasonable and creating the right impact.
- Represent and support the team on IT related matters on various systems, portals, shared folders etc.
SELF DEVELOPMENT
- Complete knowledge and adherence to the standard operating procedure (SOP) thru CS Training modules
- Attend minimum one training program organize by HR or AIA in a year.
- To take part in the cross functional, Division and Company-wide activities, as and when required.
Job Requirements
- _ Education - _Diploma or Degree Holder
- _ Experience - _Minimum 3 years working experience in Business Support or insurance/financial related industry
- _ Skills - _good interpersonal communication skills and well conversed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Converse and/or written in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Well verse in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong planning, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
- Develop appropriate dashboard & MIS
- Cross functional and interdepartmental co-ordination capability
