Account & Administration Assistant

A rough JD for this position as below:
- Prepare Official receipts
- Export SOA
- Follow-up with the container deposit, update the status of the container deposit and inform the superior, record into the relevant worksheet, & reply to the customer.
- Print & record invoice sequence.
- Inventory control (Stationery)
- File; payment vouchers and container deposits.
- Issue Purchase order and place order for items needed by the office (eg: stationery, A4 papers, etc)
- Assist in preparation of documents for new employee and resigning employee.
- Liaise with HQ when necessary.
- Is also a backup for Receptionist when receptionist is away (answer and transfer internal calls)
- And any other tasks shall be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Looking for a person who is;
- *Highly motivated, has positive attitude, good communication & willing to learn.
*Familiar with using Microsoft Words and Excel.
Education : SPM and above.
Years of Experience : Preferably has 1-2 yrs (But Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
