Main Responsibilities

  • Support the accounting function by performing tasks such as data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Process attendance records and generate reports as required.
  • Manage the accounts receivable and payable, including payment processing and staff expenses verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of paperwork and filing.
  • Update supplier invoices in the accounting system.
  • Provide administrative support for new staff recruitment as needed.
  • Oversee office supplies and purchasing.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct report manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Excellent administrative and accounting skills.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Malaysian Citizen / PR only.
