Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team at Neway Valve.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and accounting, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the accounting function by performing tasks such as data entry and bookkeeping.
- Process attendance records and generate reports as required.
- Manage the accounts receivable and payable, including payment processing and staff expenses verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of paperwork and filing.
- Update supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Provide administrative support for new staff recruitment as needed.
- Oversee office supplies and purchasing.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct report manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Excellent administrative and accounting skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Malaysian Citizen / PR only.
