Responsibilities:

- To assist H.O.D in daily administrative work.
- Handle Administration task i.e. stationery, faxes, phone calls, and most of communications.
- File, copy, and/or deliver or mail documents
- Order office supplies to ensure proper inventory
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned/needed
- Maintain good public relations

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in administrative job task is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, work pressure and extra hours.
- Able to start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
