Administrative Clerk

Roles and Responsibility:
1. To manage project reviewing, construction plans and preparing quantity requirements comes with project proposal for management
2. Liaising with site personal, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
3. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
4. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required
5. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
6. Traveling from the office to various sites as required
7. Assist in billing administrative process, delivery order and invoice processing handling
8. Ensure system compliance with ISO standard
9. Support project manager in documentation
Requirement
1. Diploma in quantity surveying or 3 years minimum experience in related field
2. Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
4. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
5. A valid driver's license.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
