The Administrative Assistant shall be responsible for various administrative tasks to contribute in the smooth running of operations. These tasks include but are not limited to:
Job description:

- Preparing and checking Touch 'n Go statements.
- Monitoring drivers' Touch 'n Go usage.
- Checking Depot Gate Charges (DGC) invoices.
- Sorting Consignment Notes (CN), DGC, Certificates of Compliance (COC) and other documents.
- Assisting in documenting petty cash usage, drivers' claims for DGC.
- Filing of company documents.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge and experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain administration.
- Proficiency in using computer software and logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
