**Job Description**:
- Job Title: Part time Administrative Assistant / Admin / Clerk
Location: Taman Selatan (Southern Park), Klang
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (630pm - 10pm)
Saturday (1030am - 4pm)
**Job Description**:
1. Handle the overall administrative tasks of the tuition centre.
2. Managing phone calls and walk-in enquiries from prospective parents.
3 Ensure documents related to student's information are kept up to date
and ensure an effective filing system for student information, teaching
materials and other documents.
4. Manage class scheduling and registration of new students.
5. Manage and post updates and content on the social media platforms like
Facebook and Instagram.
6. Manage digital platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams when needed.
Skills Required
8. Good command of English.
9. Digital skills - experience in managing social media and digital platforms
like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
