Technical Sale Executive

Malaysia T.A.G. Marine Sdn Bhd Full time

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure up-to-date of vessel survey and current status.
- In-charge of monitoring the movement of items to the vessels and from suppliers.
- To compiling all report i.e PMS, Deck/Engine Log, Claim voucher, DO Sheet, etc.
- Follow-up of documents with charterer inspector and surveyor.
- Prepare docking specifications for the vessels and attend to all dry docking matters.
- Maintain and update proper records of vessel reports.
- Provide regular visit and inspection onboard vessel.
- To provide technical administrative support to the Tugs Master & Chief Engineer.
- Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when require.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma in Marine Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in similar position.
- Possess relevant sea-going work experience minimum as Watch keeping Engineer.
- Experience in AHTS, ASD, Tractor and or any type of tug boat are added advantages.
- Familiar with ISM/ISPS are added advantages.
- Proactive, resourceful, independent and able to work with very minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Able to start work ASAP is an added advantage.
