**Purpose of the Job**:

- Leading the payroll and HR operation function.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits in the efficient and effective coordination and implementation of compensation administration, performance management process, short-term and long-term incentive and benefits administration.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Payroll
- **
- Oversees the full spectrum of payroll function to ensure payroll processes are executed accurately in a timely manner and are in compliance with the company policy.
- Ensure payroll compliance with all statutory bodies’ requirement and record retention.
- Coordinates with tax consultants on expatriate payroll related processes.
- Interpret local legislative changes, assess local impact and propose solution with consultation from the tax consultant.
- Identify payroll issues and challenges and provide sound recommendation.
- Effectively lead the action plan execution.
- Continuous improvement on payroll and operational processes.

**_Compensation & Benefits
- **
- Coordinates and facilitate C&B processes i.e salary review planning, annual bonus planning, benefits renewal, annual budget exercise and new benefits implementation.
- Drive automation and digitalization of HR C&B processes.
- Administer employees’ movement to ensure timely benefits enrolment and termination.
- Conduct benefits cost and utilisation analysis to support proposal and recommendation.
- Oversee and manage the Group Insurance program, Outpatient medical outsourcing program and other health related benefits plans.
- Supporting the Design and develop compensation policies and procedures.
- Coordinates, prepares and submission of monthly headcount report, absence report, and any mandatory reporting by the government authorities.
- Management of expatriate.
- Responsible for international assignment and expatriate management on statutory relevant matters.
- Educates and advice employees on HR policies and processes.

**_HRIS system
- **
- Oversee and support the HR systems (Workday) administration and future module implementation.
- Responsible for hiring of new employees in Workday system and act as change agent to the people managers on WD self-service processes.

**Job Requirement**:

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 8 years of working experience in Human Resource, preferably in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
- Attention to detail and demonstrate high level of numeracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, logic reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Possess solid technical grasp of HR policies and processes.
- Experience in Workday would be a plus.
