**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Manufacturing strategies
- Develop production strategies to support company strategy.
- Develop a long-term production plan to ensure the implementation of the production strategy.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective solutions to meet production strategies.

2. Budget
- Prepare production budgets based on the framework set by the Finance Department.

3. Warehouse management
- Material and finished product management, logistic delivery, inventory management and packing shipment management.

4. Product quality management
- Ensure that products are manufactured according to instructions.
- Ensure proper control of product quality through testing or error-based registration.
- Develop an action plan and take timely action.
- Ensure timely repair/rework of nonconforming products.

5. Development and improvement of production processes.
- Regularly analyze the possibilities and set goals (KPI) / Agree with the Technical Service Manager on the goals to improve the production process.
- Propose improvement programs and ensure that agreed-upon improvement programs and plans are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
- Regularly monitor KPIs and act on negative trends.

6. productivity management
- Continuously look for possibilities to improve productivity through effective human resource planning and resourcing, improved communication, performance management and upgrading of required competencies and skills. Propose production-related efficiency management programs and ensure that they are implemented with consensus.

7. Support the structure and environment of the facility.
- (Electricity, water) Ensure that the supporting environment and facilities are appropriate for effective corporate activities and support the corporate strategy.
- Ensure efficient utilization of facilities. Review the layout of the plant with the Technical Services Manager to ensure efficient and optimal utilization of the shop floor (prior to new product introduction).
- Recommend significant changes to the Manager's approval and ensure that they are implemented as agreed.

8. Report
- Establishment of departmental KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure that all agreed departmental KPIs are effectively measured.
- Ensure monthly and other agreed reports are delivered on time.
- These actions were initiated on the basis of reported problems.

9. Performance management
- Setting annual and periodic performance targets for direct reports and ensuring that all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the agreed performance management system.
- Plans departmental resources to ensure that subordinates are competent and motivated to meet departmental objectives.
- Ensure that training needs (ongoing and long-term) are identified, and that training plans and budgets are developed annually (long-term and shortterm).
- Monitor the implementation of the training plan to ensure improved performance.

10. Legal and security requirements: policies and procedures
- Ensure that all departmental activities comply with legal and safety requirements.
- Propose policies and procedures/changes to be made.

11. Responsible for the maintenance and protection of the company's internal and external environment, in compliance with the company's environmental management policy

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics.
- 5 years of experience in PCBA and SMT site management in EMS industry and 6S site management ability
- Familiar with SMT, Dip PCBA production process.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, organizational and coordination skills, planning and control skills. Strong ability to resist pressure and adapt to the
- environment, Team management skills, learning skills.
- To do things in-depth practical, led by example; deal with justice, fairness, outgoing personality; good at adhering to the principle; excellent work ethic.
- Proficient in the use of basic office software and excellent written and oral communication skills in English

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
