**Job Responsibilities: -**
- To provide general administrative and operations support.
- General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.
- Duties include attending to reception, photo coping, stationary stock take etc.
- Handle supplier for photostat machine & office equipment.
- Responsible to answer telephone enquiries cheerfully and efficiently.
- Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, **Mandarin**, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Taman Maluri, Cheras, KL**
