Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately.
- Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
- Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Assigns or acts on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre guidelines.
- Updates customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) accurately.
- Provides suggestions on process improvements and participates in Contact Centre initiatives for increased effectiveness.
- Ensures knowledge is up to date by participating in individual and team trainings, meetings and reading the information posted in the Contact Centre’s knowledge management system.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experienced.
- Diploma holders with at least 2 years of work experienced.
- Fresh Degree holder are welcome as full training is provided.
- Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skill.
- Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
- Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin verbal ability is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Benefits**:

- Basic salary is up to RM4k depends on experience
- 21 days annual leave

- RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (1 time off)

- RM300 per month for Mandarin Language Allowance
- Shift Allowance is up to RM990 depends on shift schedule
- Transport Allowance (Start before 7am/ End after 12am)
- Quarterly KPI Incentive up to RM2,200
- OT/Meal Allowance is claimable upon approval
- Performance bonus up to 6 months and salary review in March
- **Additional Info**:_
- _Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am_
- _Subjected to rotational shift between 9.5 and 8.5 hours (based on business requirement)_
- _9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break) _Rest 2 days (Off day may be split)
- 8.5 hours shift - Work 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.5 hours; Sat 5 hours)
- 1 month classroom training (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm) _Mandatory attendance_
