The HR Business Partner is responsible for proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support. This includes providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the functional businesses; acting as the single point of contact for the leaders; and serving as a point of contact for all people related issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the business stakeholders to both understand and deliver people solution tailored to their needs (e.g. talent acquisition, learning and development etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Provide end-to-end HR advice and solutions to line managers and employees for people matters. Queries may include but not limited to HR policy; payroll; HRIS, benefit management and other HR practices.
- Drive overall activities: operations, process and system improvement and compliance of HR and Payroll Administration.
- Provide coaching and advice to the Line Managers on performance management and succession planning towards building a high performing organizational culture.
- Drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
- Supports identification of organizational and people-related changes which are crucial to achieve business and organizational objectives.
- Developing and delivering training programs that ensure employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively and meet the organization's goals.
- Responsible for managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent and ensure that the organization remains competitive in the job market.
- Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders. Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner

**; Requirements: - Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional HR experience with working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. (e.g. talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, employee relations, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws).
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of business knowledge with demonstrated experience of partnering and coach business leaders in achieving business objectives.
- People-oriented with an Employee Centric and Service Excellence mindset.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong passion in improving people experience at work.
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any other related areas.
