**職位描述:**
- 有效診斷和解決與電腦系統、硬體、軟體和應用程式相關的 IT 支援請求。
- 主動處理和解決員工和客戶有關 IT 功能、設備、政策和相關技術問題的詢問、疑慮和投訴。
- 利用分析和解決問題的技能來確定技術問題的根本原因並實施適當的解決方案。
- 執行配置變更、調整設定和管理權限,以有效解決技術問題。
- 透過建立新的使用者帳戶並確保無縫存取必要的系統來簡化入職流程。
- 管理軟體和硬體安裝,維護員工設備的最新驅動程式和應用程式。
- 向員工和客戶提供有關其支援請求狀態的一致且清晰的更新。
- 維護所有服務互動和票證狀態的準確且詳細的文件。
- 識別並升級需要超出您能力範圍的高級技術專業知識的複雜問題。
**資格和技能:**
- 計算機科學或相關領域的學士學位,或同等的教育和經驗組合。
- 對常用作業系統、軟體應用程式和硬體週邊設備有透徹的了解。
- 優秀的溝通能力,能夠積極傾聽、有效收集訊息,並以清晰簡潔的方式解釋技術概念。
- 強大的書面溝通能力,可撰寫詳細的支援日誌和內容豐富的使用者指南。
- 具有邏輯、系統性地排除和診斷技術問題的能力。
- 有效的時間管理和組織技能,可以確定任務的優先順序、按時完成任務並保持高效的工作流程。
- 能夠有效率地執行多任務並同時為多個用戶提供及時協助。
