**Who we seek**
BTS’s business is growing rapidly and we are breaking new grounds in the way we partner with our clients to deliver learning interventions. To support this growth, we are looking for an intern as an extended team member of **Project Enablement **function who can join us for 6 months. We prioritize interns who have the ambition to join BTS as full-time hires after the duration of their internships. The time you spend with us will give you a full glimpse into the life of a BTS Project Enablement** **function at the same time, allow you to demonstrate your fit into the role and culture.
The function will primarily manage the execution of all complex learning journeys; typically consisting of solutions from different BTS practices such as Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching and digital solutions. In addition, this function will also be driving the data collection and results measurement processes for all the learning journeys. Both primary activities of the function are strategic drivers of growth for BTS in APAC. Last but not the least, this function will also manage the relationship and resourcing of part time facilitators for global projects in APAC.

**Responsibilities include**
- Communicate with learning facilitators to ensure the delivery timeline of both online and offline learning activities are met.
- Support the administration of online learning activities, such as online forum discussion, self-paced learning activities and post-workshop learning evaluations.
- Operate online learning workshops efficiently to ensure the overall delivery platform technicality are functioning based on workshops’ requirement.
- Support the team in tracking the active level of participation from the participants.
- Coordinate with learning facilitators team, clients and printing vendors to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time.
- Communicate and coordinates remotely onsite program logistics requirement with the client including set up and break down of meeting rooms and AV equipment, and scheduling of special events and client activities.
- Support team with the assigned data collection of learning impact measurements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client reviews and submissions.
- Work collaboratively with team members in Malaysia with potentially some SEA region projects.
- Maintain a positive and professional image for efficiency, and effectiveness and collaborate openly and effectively with all key BTS internal stakeholders.
- Support in training delivery as digital support resources to enhance the participant experience during virtual delivery.
- Administratively manage and support certain aspects of office operations, in cooperation with local and regional team members.
- Interest in supporting learning programs that encompasses use of digital learning platforms.
- Prior experience or knowledge of virtual learning or learning technologies will be looked upon favourably.
- Prior experience in collection and analyzation of data will be an advantage.
- Interest in supporting multiple projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage ambiguous situations.
