Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to work independently with effective problem solving skills
- Willing to travel and relocate to Ayer Hitam
Job Descriptions:
- To prepare and update employee information and records (Employee Register, personal files, staff dismissal and PDPA document)
- To update data related to salary, compulsory contributions (SOCSO, EIS and EPF), mileage claims, overtime claims and insurance for approval
- To conduct recruitment process and training activities to new employees
- To manage and update Typhoid Injection Record and Food Handler Training for every employee
- To lead regular and continuous administrative day to day activities
- To ensure relevant training is provided to employees and to coordinate employee relation
- To oversee and monitor employee leave management (approval, notification and records)
- To prepare relevant document to SOCSO related to employee accident and claims
- To establish good liaison with regulators and service provider (Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO, insurance agencies, MoHR, hospitals and local authorities)
- Responsible in handling foreign workers (permit, document related, FOMEMA, etc.)
- To adhere and perform task as instructed by superior

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
