Account Admin Executive

Preparing Delivery orders, Payment Vouchers, and Invoices.
- Prepare management accounts and all supporting documents on monthly basis.
- Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Manage and maintain proper records keeping and filing systems, including data backup.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth business operation.
**; Requirements**:
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to multi-task, be meticulous, organized, independently, possess the problem-solving ability, and work under time pressure.
- Experience in SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
- Can speak and write well in both Chinese and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Must be willing to work in Klang office.
