**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Arrange slipper production schedule and liaise with supervisor on production progress.
- Handling administrative work from orders to delivery.
- Prepare production packing accessories like hang card, printing label etc.
- Manage stock for slippers.
- Manage hiring pallets collection and records.
- Monitor and check the quantity on good loading process in store.
- Report for any complaint from customers.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Good in communication and letter writing skills in English.
- Capable work in a team.
- Able to work multitask, organised, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong ethics, reliability, responsiblility and possess positive attitude.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
