Driver to Chief Operating Officer, Real Estate

**(Based at HQ Office, Mercu Shah Alam)**
1. Ensure safe and punctual transportation of the COORE to and from meetings, appointments and events.
2. The driver is responsible for ensuring the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good working order. This includes:
- a) Daily Cleaning: Maintaining both the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle on a daily basis.
b) Fuel and TNG Management: Keeping the vehicle fueled and ensure sufficient TNG credit is available at all times.
c) Routine Vehicle Checks: Performing regular checks of the vehicle, including (but not limited to) battery health, oil levels, brake function, coolant levels, lights and tire condition.
d) Scheduled Maintenance: Initiating service appointments for the vehicle when deemed necessary.
e) Reporting Vehicle Issues: Promptly reporting any problems or defects identified in the vehicle to ensure to ensure timely repairs.
3. Prioritize the safety and security of the COORE and their passengers at all times.
4. Plan and follow the best route to ensure timely delivery of goods and passengers.
5. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and exercise defensive driving techniques.
6. Map out driving routes ahead of time to optimize trip efficiency.
7. Keeping all information STRICTY CONFIDENTIAL.
8. The driver shall strictly adhere to the Company's rules, regulations, policies, directives and instructions.
9. Coordinate with the COORE assistant or other relevant parties as needed.
10. Be available to work overtime, weekends, and public holiday, whenever required.
11. Perform other tasks such as picking up and delivering documents / items and running errands as directed by admin assistant.
12. Organize and maintain a system for recording and safeguarding all documents and files, including both hard copy and electronic filing.
13. Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the COORE.
**Job Requirement**
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
4. Good knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and city routes.
