Assistant Manager

**Position Overview**
Ensure daily operation all run in smooth with efficiency and stock accuracy to be 100%, monitoring and handling all aspects of company arrangement, making sure the stock delivery is available to support service branch installation & co-ordinate with related department stock delivery, transport cost & service controlling.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse
- Monitoring and ensure arrangement of system inbound and outbound
- Ensure Inbound/Outbound/Pick & Pack always can give full support for all department
- Ensure Stock Accuracy to be 100%
- Make sure daily operation is on-going even with admin/warehouse staff absence
- Prepare monthly reports for superior (HOD Report)
- Propose system enhancement and improvement
- Coordinating between warehouse and related department
- Review 3rd party transport service quality and appoint transport service
- Respond and fulfilled to related department or service branch stock order delivery request
- Monitor that the maximum workloads distributed to each driver can be completed of duty
- Monitoring monthly forecast calculation of own region warehouse (RDC) stock usage and trip planning delivery the stock
**Job Requirements**
- At least Diploma of electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or related field
- Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, having 1 year or above working experience in production field would be an added advantage
- Technical & Management Skills: Good time management skill, Computer Literacy; MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc, Leadership Skills, Communication Skill: able to communicate well with all levels of staffs
- Have a good attitude, responsible and discipline
