Receptionist & Customer Service

1. Handle calls in and calls out and to transfer calls to respective person;
2. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times;
3. Proper record messages and convey the messages to receivers if the receivers were not available;
4. Entertain complaints from public and to disseminate it to Operations Team;
5. Handle documents in and documents out. To record all the transactions in a log book and distribute to respective person;
6. Record & download all picture report submitted in WhatsApp group company;
7. Administer a Meeting Room inclusive of its schedule, refreshment and cleanliness etc;
8. Assist admin team whenever required;
9. Assist other Department whenever required;
10. Any ad hoc matter or assignment from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate ( Microsoft Office);
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team;
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens (Bumiputra);
