Verify and process purchase invoices with adherence to procedures and timelines.
- Generate and process vendor payments in compliance with company policy.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions against vendors' statements monthly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for payment documents and analyze transactions for refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.
- Coordinate and manage records of all fiscal documents with appropriate support and official documents.
- Serve as backup for preparing daily and weekly payment reports.
- Handle accounts receivables, including issuing invoices, sending to customers, and monitoring payment status.
- Ensure accurate processing of goods transactions in systems.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Coordinate with overseas account teams.
- Support day-to-day banking activities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, encompassing operational and expenses analysis.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Diploma in Accounting or related field (business degree for certain roles).
- Fresh graduates welcome for some positions.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.**:

- Competency in using accounting software and good communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for certain roles.
- **Availability to work 5 days a week.**:

- **Must be able to work in Senai.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
