**The role**:
As **Client Services Manager**, you will be reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager and play an essential role in growing ReMark’s Malaysia business portfolio. In a highly competitive environment, you will be working with a global team to cut through the noise and shape an attractive brand online.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the Campaign Execution Team and delivering direct marketing activities to meet pre-determined project indicators by ensuring that requirements are met to deliver the required day to day results.
- Deliver pre-determined project tasks on time, error-free, and within specifications
- Assist with cultivating existing and new client relationships, supporting business development, and defining and delivering the agreed strategic objectives across multiple client relationships and programmes.
- Understand clients' business goals and develop performance marketing strategies to achieve them.
- Leverage local market insights to tailor marketing campaigns and messaging for specific audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and the local market.
- Consistent and accurate use of ReMark’s proprietary campaign management system.
- Delivery of campaigns according to ReMark and industry best practice standards.
- Creation of campaign-specific project timetables ensuring that all relevant internal and external parties are aligned.
- Adherence to ReMark’s internal project management methodology
- Creation, communication, and adherence to project timetables.
- Creation of required briefing documents for internal and external purposes.
- Data management and enhancement adhering to country-specific legislation, ReMark global, and best practice guidelines.
- Development of creative material for assigned projects, presentation to and obtaining approval from clients for all aspects - this includes negotiating copy and respecting ReMark’s creative standards - ensuring all components are proofread and compliant with standards.
- Ensure delivery of quality outputs across all channels - responsible for approval of relevant steps in print production, online materials; ongoing quality monitoring and delivery of defined quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate fully with all internal resources/departments as appropriate.
- Closely monitor the performance of external parties and vendors as necessary to achieve agreed targets.
- Proactively drive programme improvements which lead to increased returns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to drive effective campaign targeting and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
- Pro-actively engage with and support the line manager to maintain and develop key client relationships.
- Provide support to the line manager for presentations, strategy documents, and meetings as required.
- Support global offices with new business development initiatives such as presentation and proposal preparation as well as RFP process
