Job Title: Sales Logistic Coordinator

Location: Shah Alam

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Logistic Coordinator to support our sales team in the selling of used and fabricated shipping containers. As a Sales Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. You will work closely with the sales team to process orders accurately and on time, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of used and fabricated shipping containers to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to process orders accurately and on time, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and delivery times.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics operations and work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available for sale and that stock levels are optimized.
- Monitor transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipping documents, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Prepare reports on logistics operations and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure the timely delivery of fabricated shipping containers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or sales coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales and knowledge of the shipping container industry preferred.
