Job Title:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to enhance our sales team's efficiency in promoting used and fabricated shipping containers. As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly manage and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of products to our valued customers. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you'll be pivotal in processing orders accurately and on time, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of used and fabricated shipping containers to customers.

2. Order Processing:

- Work closely with the sales team to accurately process orders, maintaining a high standard of precision and timeliness.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and delivery times.

3. Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve logistics-related issues or complaints promptly, working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels to guarantee products are readily available for sale, optimizing stock levels for operational efficiency.

5. Cost Management:

- Monitor transportation costs, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure cost-effective delivery of products.

6. Record Keeping and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipping documents, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Prepare reports on logistics operations and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

7. Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

8. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure the timely delivery of fabricated shipping containers.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics coordination or sales coordination.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Knowledge:

- Understanding of transportation regulations and industry trends.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Preferred: Experience in sales and knowledge of the shipping container industry.
