**Experience**
- At least 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
**Special Skills**
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using editing tools for editing slides, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe.
- Ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations, incorporating graphics, charts, and multimedia elements.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
