Export Documentation Executive

Responsible for the documentation segment of logistic team and to execute a well-organized service and requirements of customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Perform clerical duties -typing, data entry, photocopying and faxing To comply to legal requirement in relation to documentation: Key in MPOB data 2 days before shipment, identify relevant documentations required by the receiving country Request required document from supplier(s) for Shipping Instruction and Custom declaration submission Send shipment detail, draft and copy document to buyer(s) for checking and confirmation.

Document arrangement: key-in data in Contract system (allocation of goods from Purchase contract to Sales Contract, create delivery plan of shipment and printing final documents)and ensure shipping documents are prepared as per check-list Liaise with supplier(s), buyer(s) and bank(s) on import/export documentation.

Forward all related invoices to account for payment arrangement and filling the invoices for Sales & Purchase (S&P) purpose.

Filling shipping document once shipment completed into shipment file Other relevant task assigned by team leader.

Preferably experienced in handling Export Documentation with good command of English.
Well versed with Intercoms, LC documents and document preparation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,805.20 - RM3,000.00 per month
