Export Sales Executive

The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of two-wheeled vehicles, including motorcycles, scooters and related parts to international markets. This position will involve managing and expanding the company's export business, building relationships with international clients and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop international business opportunities for the company's two-wheeled products.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches and maintain competitiveness in international markets.
- Identify potential new customers in target overseas markets through market research, networking and online platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international distributors, dealers and clients.
- Understand customer needs and preferences in various regions, providing personalized sales support and product recommendations.
- Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare customized sales proposals and presentations to address specific customer needs and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial aspects of export sales.
- Handle export documentation including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation and customs procedures.
- Regularly travel to overseas markets to meet with clients, distributors and attend trade shows to build relationships and promote products.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management and/or superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Passionate in two-wheeled industry, including key trends, competitors and regulations in export markets.
- Ideally fluent in speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin proficiency required to manage Mandarin speaking stakeholders from overseas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with clients across different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Independent and a good team player.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for achieving sales success.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and business environments.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
