Making phone calls to reach out to clients, partners, or stakeholders.
- Conducting follow-up activities to ensure timely responses and resolution.
- Managing paperwork and handling administrative tasks to maintain organized records.
- Prepare invoice, delivery order and invoice.
- Prepare goods and check goods before salesman sent to customer.
- Liaise with salesmen for quotation.
- Record stock in and stock out.
**; Requirements: - Qualification**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 months Internship Period
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Creative, can-do attitude and energetic.
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
