Client Services Executive

**Job Responsibility**:
- Provide accurate information and personalize services.
- Proactive in liaising with various department to resolve issues.
- Strong attention to detail and patience to client’s enquiry.
- Complete all assigned tasks on timely manner.
- Personality traits: Attentiveness, detailed oriented, patience, empathy and trustworthy. Strong in stress tolerance, able to work fast under pressure.
- Multitasking, able to prioritizes tasks and complete it efficiently.
- Adaptable and thrive in challenging environments.
- Critical thinker, solve problems by analyzing and evaluating information.
- Team player and able to work in a big team.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a diploma or higher.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Able to work on shift or weekends
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Retail or Contact Center: 1 year (preferred)
- Banking or Finance related industry: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
