**Job Responsibility**:

- To assist in preparing any miscellaneous one-time payment as per request.
- Prepare and process vouchers and journals in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in bank reconciliations by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare voucher, invoice and reconcile transactions related to sub-companies, maintaining well-organized records. (Full set - sub companies)
- Fixed asset management through tracking, verification and documentation.
- Provide assistance with other ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required,
- To handle full set of account for sub company.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary when necessary.
- To perform other assignments as assigned by superior.
- Responsible for month-end closing and analysis of variance explanation.
- Assist in maintaining a proper filing system and documentation within the company.
- Communication with across departments for discussing any account related issues/ project.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Meticulous, responsible & willing to learn.
- Basic computer skill.
- Good Microsoft Excel skill is preferable.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English & CN (spoken and written)

- 负责月末结算及差异分析说明。
- 协助维护公司内部适当的归档系统和文件。
- 与跨部门沟通,讨论任何与帐户相关的问题/项目。

- 细致,有责任心,乐于学习
- 基本的计算机技能
- 熟练使用Excel优先
- 熟练掌握马来语、英语和**中文**(说、写)。

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
