**Job Title: Associate Manager, Sales Account Manager**

**Location**:Kelantan (Kota Bharu) / Terengganu (Kuala Terengganu)

**Department**:Sales

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Close cooperation with Distributors / key customers to achieve sales fundamentals objectives
- Drive Distributor Management processes for Distributors
- Implement S.C.Johnson initiatives / launches with speed and effectiveness
- Managing Quality Coverage Planning (QCP) for all Distributor Sales Representatives
- Develop and execute clear roles and effective personalized training programs that will further grow the skills of the Jobber sales team

**Required** Skills / Experience / Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales
- Proficient in Power BI & Excel
- Possess understanding on Modern Market & General Trade for East Coast Malaysia
- Good communication skills
