**Job description**
- Perform sales support & administrative duties to ensure asmooth day-to-dayy operations of the company.
- Supporting internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Logistics.
- Monitoring sales orders, production and inquiries.
- Communicate with internal logistics teams and external agencies to manage imports, shipments and custom clearance.
- Managing customer and vendor requests and feedback.
- Arranging business travel arrangements.
- Assist team in the production of reports and proposals.

**Requirement (MUST)**
- Have 2-3 years of working experience
- Any Bachelor holder preferred and without but good common of English will be advantages

**(PREFER)**
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving, time-management, and critical thinking skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively within a specific timeline.

**NOTE: FRESH GRADUATE OR LESS THAN 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE NO NEED TO APPLY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
