**SALES SUPPORT OFFICER / ACCOUNT MANAGER INTERNAL**:
Our team in **Shah Alam** currently has an opening for a **Sales Support Officer / Account Manager Internal**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to obtain the updated documentation (ie.Product Data Sheet, Safety Data Sheet, Halal Certificate, etc) from suppliers. Proactively send updated quality documents to customers.
- Responsible to obtain the pricing / quotation from suppliers.
- Monitor the stock vs sales order vs PO to suppliers, manage & compile key supplier sales contract.
- Responsible to request sample from suppliers and maintain the sample library to ensure samples for focus products are available upon request.
- Responsible to upkeep and maintain the share folders in share drive.
- Responsible to complete customers' questionnaire, to check with relevant suppliers on information needed to complete the questionnaire.
- Support on documents for Import permit/product registration.
Liase with legal team on our acceptance on customers' policy (eg Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption Policy)
- Responsible for Brenntag Connect coordination & support.
- JOB 7 tracking for Business Unit
- Event coordination: CPHI, Webinars, physical events with suppliers.
- Ensure quality & update of the CRM done by Account Manager.
- Ensure all reporting is done in timely manner.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor degree in related field (Chemical, Science)
- Fresh Graduate in related field is encouraged to apply
- Effective Communication Skills
