Company Secretarial Assistant

Job requirements:
- ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA course, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies.
- Relevant experience in company secretarial practice of at least a year is an added advantage.
- Good degree of computer literacy and possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of English and Bahasa, in both a written and spoken context.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to monitor deadlines and handle pressure.
Job scope:
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents.
- To prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory documents and attending board and members meetings.
- Familiar with and able to use MYCOID and MBRS system developed by SSM for filing purposes.
- To handle and ensure all secretarial functions are performed according to and in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
- To communicate with clients on all secretarial matters.
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puncak Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
