Assist to manage the overall operations of Purchasing Services at KPJ Healthshoppe Sdn Bhd.
- Assist to continuously source and purchase for new quality products for the following category of products i.e Vitamins & Supplements, OTC, Personal Care, Skin Care, Baby Care, Foot Care, Hair Care, Rehab Aids etc.
- Assist to negotiate with suppliers and ensure that all products are purchased at a competitive lower cost in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favourable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value and service levels.
- Assist to manage and ensure optimal requisition and purchase of products that meets target turns and on time delivery according to KPI set by management.
- To ensure supplier selection conform and adhere to optimum quality, lower cost and fast delivery lead time.
- To find ways to cut any waste and unnecessary costs for distribution costs and monitor transporter fast delivery time.
- Assist to work with suppliers to ensure that key procedural processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Build strong rapport/ working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.
- To do handle price revision issues, negotiation and contact management.
- To monitor slow moving stocks on a monthly basis and arrange for product return and/or product exchange with suppliers.
- Assist to monitor the proper execution of job and duties of all staff designated to Purchasing Services.
- Assist to provide product training to outlet staff if required.
- Perform other administrative tasks when required by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
