Regional Industrial Membership Business Development

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of TWI businesses
- Develop a business strategy with the management team
- Growing Industrial Membership base in the APAC region
- Regular client meetings are mandatory, keep a record of meetings, and update business opportunities information in TWI’s CRM
- Generate leads and efficiently develop new market opportunities/intelligence, and build future partnerships to drive business growth. Ensure that actively participate in new business pitches and drive the opportunities
- Visiting new and existing TWI Industrial Members in APAC region
- Promoting Industrial Membership benefits and TWI capabilities through events and conferences
- Maintain excellent customer service across the client portfolio by ensuring the client's expectation requirements are met
- Identifying new prospects in all the NOC and IOC operating in the APAC region
- Create forecasting and business activity reports on a monthly base
- Travel within Malaysia and possibly overseas
- Meet the set target revenue and client satisfaction target
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of competitor services.
- Coordinate with respective departments to answer tender inquiries and prepare commercial proposals with the help of the engineering team

**Travel**:
This position will require regular travel mainly within the South East Asia region.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Engineering Degree or MBA or relevant business experience
- 10+ years of work experience in the oil and gas sector
- Knowledge of materials, welding, inspection and asset integrity management
- Business Development, Team management, Operations, Project management and Consultative engineering sales experience
- Experience of working with/for IOCs and NOCs in APAC region
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas and Energy transition landscape in the region
