**Job Title: Regional Sales Manager**
**Location: Klang Valley**
**Industry: OEM Manufacturing**
**Salary Range:Rm15000-RM20000**

Join our team in the dental/oral care industry as a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager. We're looking for someone with a solid background in B2B sales, particularly in sectors beyond FMCG.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue growth within the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.
- Nurture and sustain relationships with crucial clients across the region.
- Collaborate closely with OEM manufacturing partners to ensure product quality, availability, and pricing align with market demands.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, steering them towards achieving targets and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint opportunities for expansion and increased market penetration.
- Leverage exceptional English language skills for seamless communication within the organization and with international stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and strategic foresight to navigate intricate market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with OEM manufacturing processes and principles.
- Prior exposure to the Southeast Asia market is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language, alongside excellent English skills.
- A proven track record of surpassing sales targets and propelling business growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a knack for building rapport and influencing key stakeholders.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
