Located in the heart of the Klang Valley in Mid Valley Megamall, our flagship restaurant marks a significant milestone in our timeline and we can't wait to continue our mission in bringing delicious ASEAN flavours to the world.

Duties and responsibilities for **Senior Executive, Product Innovation**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of product development from concept to product commercialization across the group of all airline operating countries under In-flight F&B.
- Plan and execute product development calendar across the group base on company / departmental goals, sales analysis, marketing strategies, customer trend and feedback.
- Communicate with respective country in-flight representative to brief and synchronize the in-flight menu plan across the group, which includes sharing of recipes and specifications on new products.
- Conduct on-board and on-ground testing for new products and carry out evaluation session for existing products every day to ensure quality and consistency.
- Work closely with in-flight team and other relevant departments to develop the in-flight and pre
- book menu which includes photo shoot, food styling, write and proof read menu description, menu design and layout.
- Work closely with in-flight team and other relevant departments in launching of new products, brief and train Flight Attendants on the new menus, coordinate food sampling events and review product performance after launch.
- Establish documentation for existing and new product specification, process flow and recipe; conduct product verification every month to ensure that the suppliers adhere to the specification / process flow given.
- Implement pricing strategies for on-board menu and identify cost reduction opportunities across the group whilst maintaining quality of food products.
- Keep self-abreast with new airline food trend by attending relevant airline / F&B related exhibitions and expo in various countries.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements of all suppliers. Support relevant quality assurance responsibilities when required.

Other Responsibilities:

- Follow the company rules and regulations as stipulated in the Employee Handbook.
- Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issue.
- To perform any and all other assignments as directed or requested by Head, Product and QA or HOD Inflight Retail**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or any other relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant industrial experience in food product and process development
- In-depth technical knowledge of food ingredients, process and packaging technology
- Team-player who is also able to work independently
- Possess good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and be committed to providing quality service
