Admin Assistant Finance

**Location**:Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or STPM, Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum **2 years of working experience in the administrative field.**:
- Experienced in Finance will be added advantage.
- Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to start immediately.
- Maintain and perform a variety of daily administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties.
- To prepare correspondences as and when required.
- To record and keep track of all incoming and outgoing correspondence information.
- To do filing for all incoming and outgoing correspondences with systematic filing systems.
- To check the e-Perolehan system from time to time. If the company is qualified to tender, prepare & submit the required documents online before the deadline.
- To prepare and submit Tender offline as and when required by the Company.
- To monitor and follow-up for any assigned tasks.
- To renew Company licenses such as KDN, DBKL, PIKM, KMM/MOF
- To liaise with external parties - Clients, Vendor, Government Departments & etc. for Company matters.
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective.
- To perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
