Admin Executive to Assist The Deputy CEO

**Job Responsibility**
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Arrange internal and external meetings accordingly.Ensure appropriate briefing papers are prepared & provided
- Plan & organise travel when required
- Degree in Business Administration or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience and hospital or healthcare setting is and added advantage.
- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required.
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Diploma /Degree in healthcare related field preferred
- At least 5 years prior relevant working experience in hospital preferred
- High proficient either in written or spoken for English & Bahasa Melayu,other languages will be an added advantage
