Customer Support Admin

Job Scope
- Managing and efficiently responding to customer inquiries and requests.
- Updating customer data.
- Handing over orders and customer complaints to the Operations Department.
- Liaising with courier/postal services regarding delivery issues and backlogs.
- Checking and counting inventory.
- Assisting customers in the self-pickup process.
- Performing any tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
