**About the Department**:
The **Human Resources **function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide professional expertise and specialization in scouting for potential employees and developing hiring strategies
- Maintain the flow of applicants by ads placement, develop recruiting sources, and execute monthly / quarterly recruiting source reports.
- Support to prepare salary proposals for approvals
- Support in the onboarding process for all new employees.
- Building, updating, and maintaining the talent pool database
- Maintaining relationships with college alumni associations, event coordinators, etc.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field
- High proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Critical thinking skills are essential with the ability to multi-task
