Customer Service Executive

To promotehealth products and health screening services.
- To manage incoming phone calls.
- To generate sales leads.
- To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- To build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- To provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- To escalate feedback to Team Leader/Manager.
**Job Requirement**:
- Has a strong passion for customer service.
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills, service oriented.
- Good customer service skills - attentive, patience, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Multilingual will be added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
